Relative efficacy of systemic treatments for atopic dermatitis

A systematic literature review was conducted to determine efficacies of systemic therapies for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD).

After 41 studies were analyzed, it was concluded that the drugs, dupilumab and cyclosporine, provide the strongest evidence of improving clinical disease severity of severe AD.
